Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle litigation Disputes
- Provide legal counsel and solution for clients
- Provide research, interprets and opinions
- Draft and review various agreements and any other legal documents
- Handle all variety cases both civil case and criminal case
Kualifikasi
- Holding advocate license is a MUST
- Bachelor Degree of Law with GPA minimum 3.20 from reputable universities. Overseas graduates are welcome
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Excellent in English skill (spoken and written) proved by TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC
- Have the ability to work on challenging assignments in a team environment
- Love to study Law, Judgement, and People skills.
- Experienced in Judicial Review
- Very strong analysis and strategy in litigation matters
- Preferably lives in JABODETABEK area and can join ASAP.
