Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reviewing internal contracts for employees and externally for vendors who collaborate with the company.
Protect and supervise the company’s activities to avoid legal problems. - Manage and ratify the company documents related to the law.
- Mediate with third parties in the event of a conflict.
- Provides legal assistance, supports, and administration on matters related to regulations, commercial contracts, service agreements, and corporate services/corporate action.
- Drafting, review, interpretation of the Company’s documents (agreement, business license, and other documents as the company’s requirement.
- Handling Legal Due Diligence and if necessary, cooperate with legal consultant (Lawyers, notary or other party as the Company’s requirement)
- Ensuring the availability of legal documentation that secures the company’s legal standpoint in any contracts with business partners, counterparts, creditors, and suppliers or vendors
- Coordinate with the other Department Head or Manager by advising on legal risk and business strategies
- Other assignment from the superior
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, with at least 5 years of working experience in the related field, is required for the position
- Experience as a manager specializing in law/legal services or equivalent, preferably from the utilities industry
- Familiar in law/legal knowledge related to corporate, civil, and commercial law
- PERADI/Lawyer Certified will be considered an advantage
- Have deep knowledge or experience in Corporate and Litigation
- Experience to handle legal, compliance, and litigation matters
- Have good networking & relationship with the regulator about the company’s requirement
- Strong ability to analyse situations and information
- Have strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
- Have strong commercial sense and ability to make practical evaluations of risks
- Good proficiency in English, both oral & written, is a must
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
