Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree’s majoring in law (majors prefered business economics law).
- At least 4-5 years experience to familiar witn legal corporate action and legal matters.
- Able to handling legal assistance, legal compliance, contract management and licensing or permit.
- Have a strong skill on Microsoft Excel and calculation.
- Has good coordination and communication skills.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing day to day legal commercial matters with all vendor (drafting or reviewing)
- Manage and supporting team members on their project.
- Manage legal document (management contract, power of attorney, NDA).
- Maintained all the legalities, the validaty of agreement and asset of the company.
- Supported other division in terms of any licensing, registration and legalities.
- Support for legal advice and response to any legal issue.
- Accompany for the legal litigation process.
- Handling permits for foreingn workers (TKA).
