Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage all legal operations, ensuring the company’s compliance with foreign investment law and corporate law.
- Work closely with legal team member in drafting, reviewing and negotiating to protect the company’s interests, including maintain all business licenses of the company.
- Collaboration with various departments to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated in business operations, event and projects.
- Prepare reports and present legal insights to the team to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the food and beverages industry and advise the company on any changes or potential impacts.
- Handle legal disputes, manage litigation processes, and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university.
- Has a minimum of 4 years of legal experience (in house counsel/law firm).
- Has strong understanding of foreign investment law and corporate law.
- Experience in handling contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Experience in handling all business license through Online Single Submission (OSS).
- Proven experience in handling litigation case.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Having an Advocate License (PERADI).
