Persyaratan

1. Minimum Bachelor of Law from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels (verbal and written).
4. Technical understanding of business and company operations with attention to detail.
5. Strong knowledge of all relevant local/government laws and regulations.
6. Excellent legal drafting and writing skills (in both Indonesian and English languages).
7. Understanding the fundamentals of creating contracts, settlement documents, and agreements.
8. Understanding OSS (Online Single Submission) and KBLI (Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification) processes in business licensing.
9. Capable of providing legal opinions regarding permits and/or agreements.
10. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
11. Proficient in active English language (written/spoken).
