Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide timely and commercially and legally sound legal advice and support to various functions within the company and working in close collaboration with such functions.
- Draft, review and and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, sales agreements, distribution contracts, service procurement contracts, raw material procurement contracts, etc.
- Manage legal disputes and litigation matters.
- Improve the local legal regulatory system.
- Collaborate with outside counsel and other external advisors/consultants as necessary.
- Any other customary role/responsibility.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Professional experience of 2-3 years gained in law practice with a Ability to work independently and proactively, but also as part of a motivated team.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail, while also adopting a practical, flexible and hands-on approach towards your work.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal（fluency in Chinese is preferred）.
