Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct legal research on various topics to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreement and other legal document.
- Ensure compliance with policy policies, relevant laws, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with business units to understand contractual requirements and offer guidance.
- Assist in preparing legal opinion and memorandum to address specific legal issues.
- Stay up to date with updates in laws and regulations relevant to fintech industry.
- Share legal insight and updates with legal team and other stakeholder.
- Any other legal related duties that may be required by the company
Kualifikasi
- Min. bachelor’s degree in law
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in Legal Corporate role, preferably with experience in peer-to-peer lending in fintech industry
- Good in English both oral and written
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those governing fintech companies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with proactive attitude towards professional development
