Legal Officer

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
2. Minimum 1-3 year experience at the same position.
3. Having good knowledge about corporate law, legal codes, and government regulations.
4. Have experience dealing with a notary or lawyer would be an advantage.
5. Good analytical thinking in review and negotiations in terms of agreement or legal documents.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Review and provide legal advice and ensuring that the documents are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirments.
2. Liaise with the relevant department to ensure that where legal risks have been indentified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
3. Prepare, review, and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
4. Report to legal manager if there are any legal issues.
