Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contract and/or Agreement drafting, review, and filling.
- Corporate Law & Corporate Affair document drafting, document review.
- Permit submission & renewal process.
- License submission process.
- Civil Law (pre-litigation & non-litigation / ADR).
Kualifikasi
- University graduate (bachelor’s degree) in Law with around 2 years of experience as a Legal Staff, handling licenses and contracts.
- Preferred candidate will be given to candidate with working experience with shipping companies (export-import/forwarder) and/or bonded zone.
- Has experience with permit systems such as OSS, LKPM, SiiNAS, and INSW.
- Good problem-solving skills, with exceptional analysis ability.
- Fluent in English, able to speak in Korean is preferred.
