Legal Litigation Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Provide & making a legal opinion/ advices;
2. Handling cases & carrying out trials (civil / criminal cases, industrial court settlement cases, etc);
3. Complete all the litigation matter’s process in the court;
4. Represent company in litigation matter process in the court.
5. Attend the trial at the court of all area in Indonesia.
6. Legal Analize and legal drafting, such as: Lawsuit, Response Defendant, Rejoinder, Duplication, etc;
7. Making report and approval as internally;
8. Resolve customer and company problem/issues;
9. Monitoring police report and accompany the company to conduct police report.
10. Coordinate with other institution (OJK, ministry, constabulary, prosecutor’s office, supreme court,
11. other law enforcement institution);
12. Updating and analyze regulation;
13. Coordinate with external lawyer (if needed);
14. Support all of corporate matter in company

Kualifikasi

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree; Law or equivalent with minimum GPA. 3,00.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa  Indonesia.
3. Having at least 1-2 years experience on legal field for financial/ banking company.
4. Having APPI/ OJK certificate is an advantage.
5. Having PERADI certificate is a must.
6. Good knowledge at legal drafting, legal review, company issue analyze, negotiation, public speaking.
7. Having strategy skill on handling cases.
8. Have a driving lisence (SIM A)
9. Placement at Head Office, Pangeran Jayakarta, Central of Jakarta.

Kualifikasi
