Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Conducting legal research on the prevailing laws and regulations.
2. Responsible for providing legal advice/opinion to the management, business team, and other internal team in the Company’s Group to be in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
3. Be part of the team to handle corporate actions and M&A.
4. Responsible for legal due diligence pertaining to any corporate action that the company is involved in.
5. Responsible for all legal related matters (i.e. agreement drafting/review, corporate action, and legal database/archive management) in the Company’s Group.
6. Analyze and make bilingual agreement (English).

Kualifikasi

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
2. At least 6 – 7 Year(s) of working experience in the field of legal.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Good knowledge in legal affair, business law, drafting, and legal review.
5. Detail, discipline, and willing to learn.
6. Prior experience in conducting Legal Due Diligence and Corporate Action is a MUST.
7. Drafting commercial agreements with partner (buyer/vendor/etc).
8. Have experience in Media or Agency is a plus.
