Legal Counsel

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Working closely with the Legal team, by providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on a variety of legal topics relating to the company’s internal operations
2. Draft, review, negotiate and manage a variety of commercial agreements for the company, in particular, providing deal support to sales and business development teams in Indonesia
3. Support the implementation and update of various contract templates and playbooks for the Legal team
4. Support the implementation and update of internal processes and policies for the Legal team
5. Promote legal, compliance and risk management best practices throughout the company
6. Staying up to date with changes to legislation, rules and regulations
7. This is a hands-on role and you will be expected to handle significant and complex legal matters with short

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in law
2. A qualified lawyer (Peradi licensed)
3. Minimum 4 years experience in a similar in house role or in a law firm
4. Sound understanding and knowledge of commercial and corporate law in Indonesia
5. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business
6. Ability to communicate complex legal issues and risks in terms that non-legal colleagues can understand
7. Excellent communication skills, highly collaborative
8. Demonstrates strong accountability, and initiative
9. Having experience in managing legal documents for fundraising, preferably
