Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process and submit applications for business licenses, permits, and registrations
- Ensure all licenses are up to date and renewed in a timely manner
- Assist in the development & implementation of internal compliance procedures
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations
- Identify potential areas of risk and assist in mitigating through proactive measures and compliance strategies
- Prepare and submit required documentation for regulatory and license filings in a timely manner
- Serve as point of contact between company, internal departments, and external parties
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Political Science
- At least 4 years working experience as Legal Associate or other related roles
- Experienced working in a Legal Firm is a must
- Strong knowledge of lincensing laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance best practices
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Willing to work onsite from Cikarang
