Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Reviewing agreements and contracts.
2. Provide advice on a diverse range of legal matters.
3. Reviewing and assist with any major projects the company is a party to
   reviewing corporate policies & procedures.
4. Conducting research on legal issues that impact the organization by identifying relevant laws and regulations.
5. Staying informed about legislative changes that might affect the company and its affiliates.
6. Supporting pre-litigation activities to mitigate risks and optimize legal rights.
7. Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
8. Developing solutions for intricate legal queries.

Persyaratan

1. A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable law school.
2. Professional background in a prominent or mid-sized law firm.
3. Experience in handling transactions (M&A, Capital Market, etc.)
4. Possession of a PERADI License.
5. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
6. A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn quickly.
7. Strong collaboration skills, diligent work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach.
