Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Draft and review contracts keeping the benefit of the company in mind.
2. Responsible for OSS submission and handle corporate affairs documents
3. As legal advisor in case of handling litigation
4. Accompany another department in negotiating clauses / contracts
5. Maintain all of legal documentations and update on laws and regulations.
6. Provide legal opinion and advice

Kualifikasi

1. Minimal 2 years of working experience as a legal officer
2. Detail-oriented, pro-active, good team-working
3. Good knowledge of office practices; working knowledge of legal terminology; knowledge of legal research procedures.
4. Bachelor’s degree in law is a must
