Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Work as a representative of the company to ensure that the Company complies with all rule and regulation in Indonesia.
2. Maintain a good relationship with government institutuion, consultant and other 3rd party related to legal & compliance part of the company.
3. Proficient in land and permit (Perizinan) such as (OSS, LKPM, KRK, SitePlan, IMB, etc.)
4. Support Human Resources Department in Industrial Relation aspects.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university
2. At least 3 years’ experience in related field
3. Providing Legal advice & Update to business and management
4. Proficient in English both oral and written.
5. Good in administration, communication and negotiation skills
6. Able to work in a team or independently.
7. Sharp analytical thinking, able to think critically and identify risks.
