Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Management of the day to day corporate administration of the three legal entities, in cooperation with the corporate secretary and the regional legal team.
- Review, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts (freight forwarding, logistic, lease, etc).
- Management of non-insured and insured claims.
- Coordination of global and local insurance policies.
Persyaratan
- Minimum 4 years of experience as in-house legal counsel or private practice.
- General knowledge in corporate governance, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, insurance and (pre) litigation.
- General knowledge in compliance related, but not limited to anti-corruption, international sanctions and personal data protection (Indonesia PDPA)/
