Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Advise the board and management committees on all statutory and constitutional requirements to ensure that business is conducted in a proper and manner;
- Collaborate with management in the development of corporate standard and policies and oversee the implementation to avoid or minimize legal risk in line with the regulation in all corporate activities;
- Ensure the compliances of company business;
- Establish and manage relationships with the association and government Institutions such as Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Manpower, etc.;
- Handle project based work and corporate actions (acquisition, banking, JV)
- Handle and monitoring company license (OSS RBA) in accordance to applicable regulations;
- Provide, develop, and review standard contract for all department, including legal advice and to make sure any document for contracts in order to be legally compliant with existing policies
- As HR Legal in providing legal advice to management on labor laws, employment regulations, contracts, disputes, and potential legal risks.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Law degree.
- Have an interest or experience in FMCG Industries
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of law, preferably a mix of law firm and FMCG
- Advance level of spoken and written English proficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, flexibility and collaboration must be demonstrated
- Strong ability to understand complex issues, sound commercial acumen and help design practical solutions
- Possesses ability to adapt and have strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
