Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Conduct legal research and analysis on issues related to corporate law, investment regulations, and industry-specific matters in sports, tourism, and entertainment.
2. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including investment agreements, partnership agreements, and employment/service contracts.
3. Support senior attorneys and managing partners in case preparation and management, including organizing case files and evidence.
4. Liaise with external legal consultants to ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.
5. Participate in client meetings and negotiations as needed.
6. Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies and solutions.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a reputable university.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in a legal firm or related field is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and regulations, particularly in investment, sports, tourism, real estate and entertainment sectors.
4. Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism.
