Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle various litigation cases and legal disputes faced by the company
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to senior management
- Represent the company in court hearings and negotiations with opposing parties
- Develop and manage effective legal strategies to protect the company’s interests
- Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external legal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university
- Possess a valid litigation certificate and be registered as a lawyer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation law practice, preferably in the field of business law
- In-depth understanding of applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the use of legal technology and digital tools
- Willing to Travel on Business
- Possess Active English Communication Skills
- Have an Advocate Card or BAS
