Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Support the Legal and Investment teams, particularly in all administrative duties.
  2. Document management (Facility Agreements, Security Documents, Settlement/Restructuring Agreements etc.).
  3. Maintain records of all original land documents.
  4. Assist in getting annotation of cessie over the mortgage in the land documents.
  5. Liaise with notary.
  6. Prepare administrative documents for pre-auction process.
  7. Assist with the Company’s correspondence (emails, letters).
  8. Assist with translations of documents (English/Bahasa).
  9. Coordination with the Company’s consultants and contractors and others third parties (e.g., corporate secretaries, external counsels, etc.).
  10. Assist on transactions and projects and ad-hoc jobs, as directed.


  1. Legal background would be preferable: Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant Legal Studies
  2. Proven experience in a legal environment, preferably within a corporate setting.
  3. You must be fluent in both Bahasa and English.
  4. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal information.
  5. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, with great written and verbal communication skills.
  6. You must be used to working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, and culturally diverse environment.
