Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Research, drafting and reviewing any legal documents
2. Doing Legal Due Diligence
3. Drafting Legal Opinion
4. Drafting Company Regulation
5. Drafting General Business Agreements and Employment Agreements
6. Assisting dan accompanying clients in resolving legal issues

Kualifikasi

1. Maximum age of 27 years old
2. Candidate should minimally possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, With a minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00)
3. Corporate Lawyer (Non-litigation) and have a minimum of 1 year experience in law (Preferably an expert in corporate law, Labour & Employment Law, and Outsourcing Law). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
4. Have good conceptual, legal reasoning, and legal analysis skills (oral & written) in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Required computer skills (Ms. Office, etc)
6. Quick learner and able to work as a team and individually, disciplined, self-motivated, good integrity and attitude
7. Ability to multitask, able to work under pressure, and prioritize daily workload
