Intellectual Property Senior Associate

Kualifikasi

1. A Law Degree (S.H,) with a strong academic track record
2. At least 12 years of relevant work experience
3. Holder of a PERADI license and an IP Consultant license
4. Experience in business development for IP clients in various industries
5. A strong leadership sense and experience in leading a team
6. Experience in advising on complex legal strategies for protecting and enforcing IP rights
7. Experience in drafting IP agreements (assignment of rights, licensing and franchising)
8. Experience in in IP litigation cases in Indonesian Courts
9. Experience in IP enforcement action cases and IP customs measures
10. Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
11. The ability to work on challenging assignments in a team environment.
