Kualifikasi

1. Educational background minimal S1 (Strata-1) degree of Law, Psychology, Social Politic, Business Management or similiar degree.
2. Mastering HR knowlegde such as; Sourcing Process, Industrial Relation, Manpower Law & Regulation, Compensation & Benefit and Payroll Administration.
3. At least 5 years of experience in handling HR position
4. Computer literate and competent
5. Proficient both written and strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Have a good interpersonal relation skill
