1. Age Maximum 27 years old
2. Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University (“A” Accreditation) with excellent academic track record
3. Bahasa and English proficiency in both drafting and speaking is a must. 
4. Able to operate computer (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
5. Good communication and negotiation skills and highly self confidence
6. Good attitude, independent, responsible, a good team player, organized, detail oriented and able to work underpressure.
