Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Advise clients on complex corporate matters
2. Prepare case management to strategize the outcomes according to the client’s aims and goals.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client matters.
4. Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
5. Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and other legal proceedings.

Kualifikasi

1. Hold a bachelor of law degree from a reputable law school. A Master’s degree from an international university is an advantage.
2. At least 3 years of professional working experience from law firms with international exposure. This is a MUST and not negotiable.
3. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must, including both written and verbal communication. Proficiency in other international languages is a plus (especially Mandarin).
4. Excellent case management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a team, as well as on a self-directed basis.
6. Demonstrate attention to details and ability to work effectively under pressure and in a very fast-paced environment.
