Senior Associate (M&A)

1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, from a reputable university in Indonesia pr overseas;
2. Min 7 years of experience in a Corporate Law Firm;
3. Extensive exposure in Merger and Acquisition transaction;
4. Experience in General Corporate and M&A transaction;
5. Excellent contract drafting skill;
6. Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability;
7. Dynamic, has good logical and analytical thinking, and a good attitude;
8. Strong in leadership
9. Able to work individually and as a team.

6. Reliable, resillent, able to work under pressure and ambiguity while preserving attention to details;
7. Eager to learn, team player, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
8. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
